A passion born from excellence

With over 18 years of experience in the world of haute cuisine, I have had the privilege of perfecting my craft in some of France's most prestigious kitchens, notably at the renowned restaurant Le Mascaret.

In 2014, I moved to Australia and fell in love with Sydney. It was there that I launched Le Private Chef in 2021. Since then, the business has flourished and I'm delighted to export French cuisine to the other side of the world. I speak fluent English and divide my time between two continents.

I return to the French Riviera from 1 July to 25 August 2026 to offer my services in this region that remains so dear to my heart. Certified in nutrition, I pay particular attention to the balance of my creations, adapting each menu to the specific needs of my clients.
